Shipping and Returns
We value every purchase, and we do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
Shipping occurs on Monday — Friday excluding national holidays. Items ordered on Friday after 3 p.m. MST, as well as items ordered Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. Standard shipping can take up to 3-5 business days to process prior to ship. We primarily ship through USPS.
Note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.
SALES TAX: Sales tax will be collected where applicable.
LOST PACKAGES POLICY:If your package seems to be lost in transit, please reach out to our koordsco@gmail.com for assistance.
If your package is marked as delivered, please reach out to the carrier for assistance first in finding it. If the carrier does not have information on your package please reach out
